About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Floor Covering Specialist to join our team at TILE PRO FLOORING LTD. as a Flooring Installation Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring, including hardwood, carpet, and resilient flooring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Prepare Surfaces: Inspect surfaces to be covered and prepare them for installation by measuring, marking, and cleaning as needed.
  • Install Flooring: Install various types of flooring, including hardwood, carpet, and resilient flooring, according to specifications and blueprints.
  • Measure and Cut Materials: Measure and cut materials to fit surfaces, ensuring a precise and professional finish.
  • Conduct Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure that installations meet our high standards.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the flooring industry.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring the ability to handle heavy loads, bend, crouch, and kneel.
  • Tools and Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, mask, and other necessary tools.
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in various environments, including commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential settings. You will be required to work on your feet for extended periods and may be exposed to dust, odors, and other hazards.
