About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Floor Covering Specialist to join our team at OSG Renovation. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of floor coverings for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Prepare Surfaces: Inspect surfaces to be covered and prepare them for installation, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Measure and Install Floor Coverings: Measure and cut floor coverings to fit specific areas, and install them with precision and attention to detail.
  • Repair and Maintain Floor Coverings: Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings, and maintain them to ensure they remain in good condition.
  • Work with Various Materials: Work with a variety of floor coverings, including hardwood, carpet, and resilient materials.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless installation and maintenance of floor coverings.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in floor covering installation.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring ability to handle heavy loads, bend, crouch, and kneel.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
