We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at A-1 Wireless Inc. as a Help Desk Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Problem-Solving: Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.
- Log Maintenance: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service to users, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Backup and Recovery: Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations to ensure business continuity.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Help desk environment in the telecommunications industry.
- Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
