Supply Chain Operations Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Intern to join our team at McKesson Canada Corporation. As a Supply Chain Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing key performance indicators (KPIs) across various business functions.
Responsibilities- Analyze current processes, workflows, and business practices to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Monitor and enhance KPIs related to supply chain operations, including Lines Per Person Hour (LPPH), cost per line, breakage rates, inventory adjustments, and maintenance scorecards.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve KPI performance and achieve operational targets.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson Canada Corporation's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
