About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SEL Food Services Enterprise Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
