Healthcare Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to coordinate and supervise the operation of community-based mental health services programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the provision of comprehensive services to clients with mental health disorders across the lifespan.
The Team Leader will provide clinical supervision and support to a multi-disciplinary team, as well as ongoing and extensive clinical supervision to new clinicians and those with little experience in this specialty. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and dedicated professional to make a meaningful contribution to the delivery of high-quality mental health services.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in Social Work, licensed with the applicable body, and three years' experience in Mental Health and Addictions intervention. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to provide evidence-based therapeutic intervention to clients.
The successful candidate will be able to identify areas for service improvement and facilitate and evaluate quality initiatives. They will also be responsible for drafting Standard Operating Procedures, orientation materials, and other guidelines for care.
HoursThis is a long-assignment full-time position, with approximately 75 hours biweekly. Travel to various sites may be required.
Compensation and IncentivesThe successful candidate will be eligible for our benefits package, which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, as well as a defined benefit pension plan. They may also be eligible for a signing bonus and relocation assistance with a defined Return of Service contract.
