We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at Slave Lake Accommodations LTD.

Job Summary:

The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of hotel transactions, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Registration and Room Assignments: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Transaction Processing: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and balance cash and complete balance sheets.
  • Customer Service: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
