We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at Slave Lake Accommodations LTD.
Job Summary:The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of hotel transactions, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Registration and Room Assignments: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure accurate room inventory.
- Transaction Processing: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and balance cash and complete balance sheets.
- Customer Service: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a hotel or similar environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
