This position reports to the Settlements & Rental Manager and is responsible for the leadership and supervision of the Settlement and Rental team.
Key ResponsibilitiesKey duties and responsibilities include:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the settlements and rental functions, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
- Recruit, train, and supervise settlements and rental staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate and complete employee performance reviews, providing constructive feedback to promote professional development.
- Audit and review account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with supplier requirements.
- Develop and implement processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Review and validate sales commissions to ensure fairness and accuracy.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team supervision and development.
