Key Responsibilities

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the settlements and rental functions, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  2. Recruit, train, and supervise settlements and rental staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Evaluate and complete employee performance reviews, providing constructive feedback to promote professional development.
  5. Audit and review account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with supplier requirements.
  6. Develop and implement processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  7. Review and validate sales commissions to ensure fairness and accuracy.
