Job Summary:

The Office Reception Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and the public, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, record and relay information, schedule appointments, send invoices, and maintain work records and logs.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide directory assistance.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including receiving and issuing payments.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 32-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
