About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Vi Phong Enterprise Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to drive sales growth and improve merchandising.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and maintaining accurate records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience is an asset
  • Work Setting: Retail business
  • Supervision: 5-10 people
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 32 hours per week
