Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
  • Merchandise Management: Authorize returns, manage inventory, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Sales and Revenue: Meet or exceed sales targets, prepare sales reports, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, manage store opening and closing procedures, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Employee Development: Mentor and coach employees to improve their skills and performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Previous retail management experience is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
