Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary Software Engineering Manager to lead our software development team in creating game-changing solutions that will shape the future of our industry. As a member of our Digital Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects that push the boundaries of what's possible in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of talented software developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the hiring process for new team members, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure that software projects align with our company's strategic goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of software applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Project Management: Lead software projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Executive Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and participate in strategic planning sessions to shape the future of our digital initiatives.
Requirements
  • Educational Excellence: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven Leadership: A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development management, with a deep technical background and hands-on coding expertise.
  • Team Builder: Demonstrated success in managing, mentoring, and building high-performing development teams.
  • Communication Expert: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting detailed technical documentation.
  • Strategic Visionary: Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to identify inefficiencies and drive impactful improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator: Experience working closely with Product Management, Data Science, and Business partners to align technical solutions with business objectives.
