Key Responsibilities

- Quality Assurance: Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of software applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Project Management: Lead software projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Executive Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and participate in strategic planning sessions to shape the future of Steelcon's digital initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Excellence: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven Leadership: A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development management, with a deep technical background and hands-on coding expertise.
- Team Builder: Demonstrated success in managing, mentoring, and building high-performing development teams.
- Communication Expert: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting detailed technical documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaborator: Experience working closely with Product Management, Data Science, and Business partners to align technical solutions with business objectives.
