Job Summary

Mount Norquay is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities: Reliability, team player, ability to multitask, initiative, dependability, and positive attitude.
