Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at The Canadian Brewhouse Banff. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our food service team to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
