Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bicycle Repair Shop Supervisor to join our team at Vélo iBike. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bicycle repair shop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are equipped to provide top-notch repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of bicycle repair technicians and apprentices
  • Oversee the daily operations of the repair shop, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
  • Ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of bicycle repair and maintenance procedures
