At Jump, we're seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Applications Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in providing technical leadership to clients, working closely with our sales teams and marketing to deliver exceptional results.

As a Civil Engineering Applications Engineer, you'll be responsible for translating the value of technical solutions for existing and new customers, providing them with an integrated consultative sales experience. You'll collaborate with account managers to provide technical leadership, lead technical needs assessment, solution creation, and validation through all stages of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain close relationships with technical players and prescribers, such as consulting engineering offices, general contractors, and architectural firms.
  • Train technical stakeholders through content creation, webinars, and in-person or remote sessions.
  • Support the company in introducing new solutions to the market and coordinate technology pilot projects.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop new tools and content to help customers understand products and services.
  • Act as a point of contact for technical solutions at the pre-sales stage.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting customer proposals, such as Requests for Proposals and Requests for Quotes.
  • Carry out regular commercial analyses with key accounts to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil or structural) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering services and/or technical sales.
  • Experience supporting products and projects for municipalities, builders, commercial developers, or consulting engineers.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management tools, project management tools, and knowledge base tools.
  • Perfectly bilingual in French and English.
