Civil Engineering Position

Key Responsibilities:

As a Civil Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership to clients, working closely with sales teams and marketing to translate the value of technical solutions. You will collaborate with account managers to lead technical needs assessment, solution creation, and validation through all stages of the sales process.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a BAC in Engineering (civil or structural) or equivalent experience, as well as 5+ years of experience in engineering services and/or technical sales. You will also need to be willing to travel frequently to Eastern Canada and occasionally to the United States.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive base salary of $100-120,000, commissions and bonuses with an average of 25%, a car provided or mileage reimbursed, cell phone and laptop provided, benefits (70% by the employer) and RRSP (4%), and 3 sick days. You will also receive 3 weeks of paid vacation plus those between Christmas and New Year's Day.
