We are currently in search of a Supply Chain Coordinator to enhance our Cloud Purchasing team in Montreal, Quebec, who embodies our core Company values.

Your Contributions Will Include:

  • Collaborating with partner business units and suppliers to streamline the procurement process for products essential for cloud infrastructure projects, including generating Purchase Orders;
  • Working alongside Operations and Product teams to verify product specifications, obtain pricing, and secure necessary approvals;
  • Engaging with vendors, end users, and internal departments to assess products based on cost, quality, support, and availability, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints;
  • Monitoring and tracking purchases from the initial order through to delivery, updating records, and keeping internal stakeholders informed about order statuses, including shipping dates and potential delays;
  • Overseeing minimum inventory levels to ensure stock availability;
  • Managing all cloud operations software subscriptions/licenses, ensuring timely and efficient renewals;
  • Ensuring full compliance with internal protocols.

What Distinguishes You:

  • A College Diploma (D.E.C or A.E.C.) with a minimum of two years' experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related administrative position;
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • A high degree of discretion and the ability to work autonomously in a collaborative environment that necessitates frequent communication with various departments and vendors;
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving setting;
  • Proven problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities;
  • Meticulous attention to detail;
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain necessary records, oversee inventory levels, and ensure accurate delivery allocation.
