Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of ingredients and supplies for our meal kits. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the needs of our production facilities
  • Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible prices and quality
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available when needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain
  • Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and optimize procurement processes
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce procurement costs
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to procurement and supply chain management

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
