Job Title: Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at WSP Canada. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, analyzing data, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the procurement process, including bidding and tendering, supplier analysis, and contract management.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and understand requirements, and review and analyze their budget.
  • Support the creation of scope of work documentation and drive the implementation of cross-regional sourcing decisions.
  • Track cost savings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sourcing and/or procurement experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven category and contract management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical capability and ability to influence and manage stakeholders.
  • Effective time management and personal organizational skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Bilingual.
