  • Greet guests with a warm welcome and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Seat guests in a timely manner and provide menus and daily specials information.
  • Assist with cleaning tables and counters, and restock as needed.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, and maintain accurate records and wait lists.
  • Communicate effectively with bussing and serving staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Perform cashier duties and count cash float at the end of the shift.
  • Liaise with operational departments to ensure smooth service.
Education and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma; Post-Secondary hospitality or hotel education an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year food and beverage experience.
  • POS experience.
  • Food Safety Certification.
  • Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
Work Environment Considerations
  • Regular casino, restaurant, or bar environment, standing and walking for long periods of time, some exposure to noise, odors, and non-traditional work hours.
