Patient Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class service to our patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet patients and provide a positive first impression of our practice
- Manage patient flow, checking patients in and out of the office efficiently
- Communicate effectively with patients, responding to their needs and concerns
- Process billing and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Administer pre-testing services, ensuring patients receive the best possible care
- Manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards, using your charisma and problem-solving skills to resolve issues
Requirements:
- Customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail or healthcare environment
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of comfort using technology and computers
- Professional, approachable manner, with a love of meeting and interacting with people
