Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
