Position Title: Manager, Assurance and Accounting

Join a dynamic and innovative team at MNP, where you will be instrumental in providing exceptional service to our clients within the Indigenous Services sector. As a Manager, you will be pivotal in addressing client requirements and adapting to the changing financial and business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, organization, and implementation of audits, compliance tax projects, budgeting, and financial operations.
- Leverage your industry knowledge to produce comprehensive reports and engaging presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their expectations are met while promoting growth.
- Ensure quality control and identify pertinent business challenges.
- Identify and cultivate business opportunities within Indigenous communities.
- Guide and mentor team members to support their professional development.
- Travel as necessary to connect with clients directly.
Qualifications:
- CPA designation is required.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in public accounting.
- Experience working with Indigenous communities is preferred.
- Strong grasp of business and management principles.
- Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
