Join a dynamic environment that fosters innovation and entrepreneurship at MNP. As a pivotal member of the Indigenous Services team, you will be instrumental in addressing client requirements and adapting to the changing business and financial landscape.
Position Overview:
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of audits, compliance tax engagements, budgeting, and financial transactions.
- Leverage industry knowledge to produce comprehensive reports and presentations.
- Cultivate client relationships, ensuring their expectations are met while promoting growth.
- Uphold quality control standards and identify pertinent business challenges.
- Identify and develop business opportunities within Indigenous communities.
- Guide team members in their professional development.
- Travel as necessary to engage with clients directly.
Qualifications:
- CPA designation is required.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in public accounting.
- Familiarity with Indigenous communities is advantageous.
- Strong grasp of business and management principles.
- Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
