Position Summary:
- Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of audits, compliance tax engagements, budgeting, and financial transactions.
- Leverage industry knowledge to produce comprehensive reports and presentations.
- Cultivate client relationships, ensuring their expectations are met while promoting growth.
- Uphold quality standards and identify pertinent business challenges.
- Create business opportunities within the Indigenous community.
- Guide team members towards their professional development.
- Travel as necessary to connect with clients directly.
Qualifications:
- CPA designation required.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in public accounting.
- Familiarity with Indigenous communities is advantageous.
- Strong grasp of business and management principles.
- Proven leadership and people management abilities.
