About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Financial Director to join our team at Sultan Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Executive Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
Support for Diverse Groups
  • Newcomer Support: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
  • Indigenous Community Support: Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
  • Visible Minority Support: Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
