At NOVA ACCOUNTING INC., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization to success. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role. The Executive Director will be responsible for allocating resources, authorizing department establishment, and establishing objectives for the organization. They will also represent the company in negotiations and delegate representatives to act on their behalf. Additionally, the Executive Director will conduct performance reviews, establish financial and administrative controls, and approve promotional campaigns. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
* Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
* Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
* Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
* Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
* Conduct performance reviews
* Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree
* 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
