Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Leadership: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimum working conditions.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization, formulate or approve policies and programs, and represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 5 years or more
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate
Work Environment

KASTNER AUCTIONS offers a hybrid work environment with a 30-hour workweek. As a team player, you will work closely with staff in various areas of responsibility to achieve our organizational goals.
