About the Role:
This is a key position within our revenue management and distribution organization, responsible for driving strategic objectives and goals. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing new systems, programs, and capabilities to improve the overall effectiveness of our field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the activation of our distribution strategy with sales and revenue management product and systems, contributing to achieving strategic objectives.
- Create and execute programs, initiatives, insights, and systems capabilities that drive strategic performance and enable revenue-generating teams to be more effective.
- Identify and recommend innovative solutions to enhance overall field performance and effectiveness.
- Foster collaboration across departments and hotels to ensure a cohesive approach to project execution.
- Conduct research and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Project management, project execution, change management, and analytical skills.
- University/college degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in technology, sales enablement, with at least 3 years' experience in a corporate/above property environment.
- Knowledge of Amadeus/Salesforce, Power BI reporting, Varicent or similar incentive management platform, and project management tools.
- Ability to create impact and ROI analysis, experience working with multiple vendors simultaneously, and ability to review and negotiate commercial terms and contracts with vendors.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication skills, including formal presentations and informal working sessions, across all levels of organization.
- Ability to work within a matrix organization across functions.
- Ability to lead a working team without a direct reporting line.
- Ability to overcome obstacles with own creative drive and perseverance.
- Curious nature to explore new innovations and capabilities in the industry/marketplace.
