About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Leader to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Performance Analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing management reporting on flows and financial results for Individual Wealth Management business.

You will identify value creation opportunities and complete deep-dive analysis to support business casing for these opportunities, which could include but are not limited to strategic initiatives, technology investments and strategic M&A.

Facilitate recurring performance dialogues with business unit leaders and with senior Life Co executives. Report on sales, recruiting and acquisition pipelines and identify opportunities to drive higher conversion.

Partner with Finance team to support facilitation of annual planning process. Develop and maintain earnings forecast models, including short-and-long-term projections of key value drivers.

Build, lead and develop a high-performance team to provide the opportunity for employees to realize their full potential while maximizing effectiveness and efficiency.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,300 - $200,400 annually, representing base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation.
