About the Role

Cementation Canada is seeking a highly skilled Project Control Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial, scheduling, risk, and change aspects of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee budget preparation, cost tracking, and financial forecasting to maintain the financial health of the project.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to safeguard project timelines and budgets.
  • Change Management: Handle scope adjustments while ensuring all impacts are accurately recorded and communicated.
  • Reporting: Provide regular and detailed project reporting to stakeholders to maintain transparency and effective communication.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the project control team, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and equipped to meet project demands.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in project controls, with a high level of experience in planning, scheduling, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and estimating.
  • Skills: Proficient in Primavera P6, InEight (Hard Dollar), and Excel. Familiarity with Oracle's JD Edwards software suite, particularly the Project Management Products.
