Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of shopper solutions rooted in insights and brand fundamentals to influence purchasing behavior
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create media assets that align to our shopper's journey
  • Identify and measure KPIs, both short and long term, to inform future decisions
  • Lead capability building initiatives for the team and support Senior Manager with coaching of Assistant Marketing Managers

Requirements:

  • 5+ years Marketing or agency experience in brand, shopper, or trade, in alcohol or other CPG brands
  • Experience pulling and synthesizing data to inform marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of shopper behavior and market trends
