About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client relationships and drive business growth as a Senior Account Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that deliver results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client relationships and develop strategic marketing plans to drive business growth
  • Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-impact marketing programs and events
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior client representatives and marketing peers
  • Manage project estimates and forecasts to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in XM agency/marketing services, with a focus on financial services, sport, and/or cause XM
  • Proven track record of managing integrated programs and agency processes
  • Strong experience building and presenting strategic recommendations for live brand experiences and partnerships
  • Excellent communication, listening, and client service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects with strong attention to detail
  • Experience leading, managing, and coaching direct reports
  • Demonstrated fiscal management skills
