Job Title: Technical Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Sales Consultant to join our team at Empower Solutions Inc.

Job Summary:

The Technical Sales Consultant will be responsible for assessing client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services. This role will also involve preparing sales or other contracts, troubleshooting problems related to equipment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess Client Needs: Meet with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Prepare Sales Contracts: Develop and prepare sales contracts that meet the client's needs and Empower Solutions Inc.'s policies.
  • Troubleshoot Equipment Issues: Identify and resolve technical issues related to equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in electrical and electronic engineering technologies.
