Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team at BoxLunch & Hot Topic. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Growth and Store Operations
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Ensure that the store is operating efficiently and effectively, with a focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Team Development and ManagementLead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff. Provide coaching, training, and feedback to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Customer Service and ExperienceEnsure that customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience in the store. Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Merchandising and Visual DisplayDevelop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-merchandised at all times.
Inventory Management and ControlManage inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately counted and recorded. Develop and implement strategies to minimize stock losses and optimize inventory levels.
Loss Prevention and SecurityDevelop and implement strategies to prevent loss and ensure the security of the store and its assets.
Reporting and AnalysisPrepare and analyze sales reports and other data to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
Requirements- Experience and Qualifications
At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
Education and SkillsA high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in business or a related field is preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Physical DemandsThe ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate the store safely is required.
