Job SummaryThe Assistant Store Manager, under the direction of the Store Manager, is responsible for the daily business operations of the store, including training and supervising employees, interacting with customers, motivating teams, managing inventory levels, and handling other tasks assigned by the store manager.
Key Responsibilities- Train and supervise employees to ensure excellent customer service and quality goods.
- Monitor sales activities to ensure customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements by following processes and structure to ensure compliance.
- Communicate changes in policy, procedures, products, services, promotions, or any other alterations that affect the customer.
- Assist Store Manager with training and managing all employees in execution of daily tasks and to maximize sales.

- Support proper channels of communication that exist between the store, supervisors, and corporate partners.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the retail industry.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in a supervisory role in a retail environment.
