We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations at 4TH & 20 VAPE CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth, and study market research and trends to determine consumer demand.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high-quality service.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and oversee payroll administration.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Work Setting: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in inventory control software, computerized bookkeeping systems, and MS Outlook.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Adaptability, analytical skills, collaborative attitude, creativity, efficiency, energetic, hardworking, and outgoing personality.
- Permanent Full-Time Position: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- English Language: Primary language of communication.
