About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facility Operations Manager to join our team at DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports and statistics related to facility operations, including budget performance and key performance indicators.
  • Contract Administration: Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective facility operations.
  • Budget Planning: Develop and manage the facility's operations budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Facility Management: Plan, organize, and direct administrative services, including signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in facility operations or a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and in a physically demanding role.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as a team player.
