About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facility Operations Manager to join our team at DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports and statistics related to facility operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Contract Administration: Effectively administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Budget Planning: Develop and manage the facility's operations budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Facility Management: Plan, organize, and direct administrative services, including signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word to support facility operations and administrative tasks.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Physical Demands: Perform physically demanding tasks, requiring the ability to work in a dynamic and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate a strong team player attitude, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Language and Work Hours
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
