About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operations Manager to join our team at DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze reports and statistics related to facility operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and manage the training and supervision of staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Develop and manage the facility's operations budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
  • Plan, organize, and direct administrative services, including signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
  • Physical demands of the role require a high level of energy and stamina.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week in a permanent position, with English as the primary language of communication.
