Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operations Manager to join our team at DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare detailed reports and statistics related to facility operations, including budget analysis and performance metrics.
  • Contract Administration
    • Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective facility operations.
  • Budget Planning
    • Develop and manage the facility's operations budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Facility Management
    • Plan, organize, and direct administrative services, including signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
Preferred Skills
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis and budgeting.
    • Familiarity with MS Outlook, including email management and calendar organization.
    • Strong knowledge of MS Word, including document creation and editing.
