Position Overview

The Cleaning Services Manager at Three Star Janitorial Services plays a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in cleaning operations and team management.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and oversee cleaning personnel to ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff.
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare financial budgets and cost projections for cleaning services.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning operations.
  • Process payments for specialized cleaning tasks.
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed.
  • Coordinate cleaning schedules with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff.
