Job Title: Systems Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Support Representative to join our team at DIGI Technologies International Inc.

Job Summary:

The Systems Support Representative will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining computer networks and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems and networks
  • Maintain and upgrade computer systems and networks
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new systems and technologies
  • Provide training and support to users on new systems and technologies
  • Manage and maintain technical inventory and assets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a technical support role
  • Basic security clearance
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees
  • Recruitment of newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster
  • Provision of diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
