Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food Service Associate to join our team at SRA Wasaga Beach Limited. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide menu recommendations and wine pairings to enhance the dining experience.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a high level of customer traffic.
    • Stand for extended periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience
    • Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral communication skills.
    • Client-focused and able to work in a team environment.
