Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at SRA Wasaga Beach Limited. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
  • Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Advise on menu selections
  • Describe and advise on wine selection
  • Serve food and beverages
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
Requirements:
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
  • Excellent oral communication

Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be standing for extended periods. You will be required to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a team-oriented setting.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

30 to 40 hours per week.
