About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Vice-President, Health, Education, Social and Community Services and Membership Organizations. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of the healthcare and social services sector, as well as experience in membership organization management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve strategic objectives
  • Lead and manage teams to deliver high-quality services and programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and healthcare providers
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration or business
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the healthcare or social services sector
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing organizational policies and programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
