About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at the Global Chamber of Commerce and Industry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our organization's strategic objectives and ensuring the effective implementation of our policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement organizational strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish and achieve organizational goals
  • Organizational Development
    • Design and implement organizational structures and processes to support business objectives
    • Develop and implement talent management strategies to ensure the right people are in the right roles
    • Lead organizational change initiatives to drive business growth and improvement
  • Business Growth
    • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue and expansion
    • Lead business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and partnerships
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish and achieve business growth objectives
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, management, leadership)
    • Experience
      • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
